Turkey All Year

We often have frozen whole turkeys, leg joints and wing joints available all year round. 

Some of our favourite recipes throughout the year include:

• Stuffed, rolled turkey thighs

• Turkey noodle soup, made with stock and meat from the drumstick

• Sticky turkey with rice, made using the thigh meat

• Whole turkey roasted for special occasions

• Turkey curry with leftover roast turkey, or thigh meat

• Turkey nuggets (a favourite with the children!)
