Collect your turkey on 23rd Dec between 8am and 8pm
This recipe makes traditional chestnut stuffing juicier and tastier by adding the pork sausage meat.
1 tin chestnut puree
1lb sausage meat
1 small onion
1oz butter
2 tbl spoons brandy
Pinch of mixed spice
Salt and pepper
Sauté the finely chopped onion in the butter and mix the ingredients together. Pack the stuffing into the neck of the turkey.
